It’s never goodbye but see you later!

Whether you graduated just this past Spring or have been a Webster Ghana alumnus for a few years now, we are always proud to call you our own. Once a Gorlok, always a Gorlok. Graduates from the Webster Ghana campus are privileged to join an elite global alumni network of over 200,000. The Ghana Chapter is only 6 years old and steadily growing, currently boasting 135 graduates from our undergraduate and graduate schools.

The Ghana campus alumni association was launched in the Fall of 2020. The goal is to foster a community of alumni connected to our alma mater and to each other.

Alumni from the Accra campus enjoy immense benefits in keeping a connection with the university in many forms – primarily in being able to continue to receive support as they journey on to new heights in their careers, and also with the opportunity to give back and engage with the Webster Ghana family.

Alumni Benefits

Alumni still have access to the Success Center which offers career and industry networking opportunities, as well as a number of useful resources to support job searching, interview prep and professional comportment training.

Alumni can sign on to be linked to a mentor to receive life and professional coaching

Alumni can easily attain transcripts and other important documents on record from their time as a student at Webster

Alumni are notified of stellar opportunities to be featured, whether that be invited back to lend experience in the classroom or to speak at Public Lectures and Masterclasses.

Alumni are invited back home to the Ghana campus for alumni events – like Homecoming - giving them the chance to rekindle old relationships with former classmates, professors and staff.

Giving Back

Alumni with unwavering school spirit can assist with marketing and recruitment efforts, serving as emissaries for the Ghana campus

Alumni can share their professional and life experiences while serving as mentors to current students in a well-structured program overseen by the Success Center.

Alumni can form volunteer teams or join in campus efforts to volunteer within the community to assist the needy and make positive social impact.

Alumni can offer a token gift to the school’s scholarship funds to assist bright students from across the continent who may need some financial assistance in order to enroll at Webster Ghana.
